REMINDER: Points at Pacific Paddle Games (PPG’s) will count towards Professional World Title on APP World Tour.
ATHLETES: POINTS ACCRUED AT PPG’S COUNT TOWARD APP WORLD TITLE WITH CERTAIN CRITERIA APPROVED
As announced earlier this year, in 2018, the PPG’s will contribute points to the overall Professional World Title on the APP World Tour for both Men and Women. As with all APP events, points will be accrued by athletes for both distance and technical / sprint racing that will go towards their Overall position on the APP World Tour.

ATHLETES MUST COMPETE IN 2 OR MORE 2018 APP EVENTS TO USE PPG POINTS TOWARD OVERALL TITLE.
Points from the Pacific Paddle Games will only be awarded to athletes that compete across 2 or more APP stops in the 2018 season. In addition, the APP leader board will be adjusted accordingly to award points to APP athletes only.
For example, if an APP athlete finishes in 4th, behind a non APP athlete in 3rd, the APP athlete will accrue 3rd place points for the overall rankings on the APP World Tour.It is going to be a great weekend of racing!
